These Terms of Use govern the use of the app „Wanna Play?" (WP) and its associated server services. By registering or using the app, you agree to them.
Use is permitted only from the age of 16 (the app includes, among other things, open chat features).
One account per person. Provide accurate information when registering, keep your login credentials secret and do not pass your account on to third parties. Do not impersonate anyone else.
Wanna Play? is meant to be a pleasant place for finding mates. The following in particular are prohibited:
Content you create (posts, images, comments, messages, ratings) remains yours. You grant us the non-exclusive right to store it, process it technically and display it within the app (e.g. in the Lobby, on profiles and in chats) in order to operate the app. This right ends when the content or your account is deleted. You are responsible for your own content.
Our team (support, moderation, admins) may remove content and suspend accounts temporarily or — in the case of serious or repeated violations — permanently. Users can report content and profiles and block other users. You will be informed in the app about moderation measures that affect you.
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account in the app (Profile → ⚙️ Settings → Delete account); your data and content will then be removed completely (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or delete accounts in the event of violations of these terms.
Wanna Play? is operated to the best of our knowledge and ability but is under ongoing development. There is no entitlement to constant availability or to any particular set of features; maintenance, changes or the discontinuation of individual features are possible.
For a free leisure app, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence, as well as in cases of mandatory statutory liability. We accept no responsibility for content posted by other users or for linked third-party services (e.g. Steam).
We may amend these terms, for example when new features are added or for legal reasons. We will inform you in the app about material changes; the current version with its effective date can always be found at this address. If you continue to use the app afterwards, the new version applies.
The law of the operator's registered seat applies (see the Imprint). Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
